A show lasts three days but has to produce enough material for the next three months. On-site resources have to be assembled before travel, not found on arrival.
What the kit contains
- Imaging: stills, short-form video and vertical cuts produced in parallel.
- Language: multilingual hosts, meeting interpreters, booth reception scripts.
- Livestream: network link, encoding gear, multi-platform simulcast and replay edits.
- Materials and invitation: booth visuals, localised brochures, targeted visitor outreach.
Delivery rhythm
Each evening after the hall closes we select and rough-cut the day, publish the next morning, and keep the show building through the week rather than dropping everything afterwards.
Assemble an on-site crew
Share the show, stand size and communication goals; we build the crew and kit around them.
