As a high-end air conditioning brand under AUX, ShinFlow chose Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam to hold its 2026 global debut event, officially entering the Southeast Asian markets of Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia. ESENSE undertook full-chain overseas communication services for this project, centering on three communication goals: "establishing high-end brand perception, conveying core product advantages, and achieving deep penetration of regional markets," integrating offline advertising, media PR, authoritative endorsement, and social media operations to create a three-dimensional overseas communication campaign. All project KPIs were exceeded.

In terms of project execution, ESENSE built a complete communication system of "offline buzz-building + media PR + authoritative endorsement + long-term social media fermentation."
On the offline end, large-scale digital outdoor advertising was deployed: large screens at airports in Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam; landmark screens in the Bukit Bintang commercial district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and dual screens at SO Bangkok in Bangkok, with brand video ads placed in phased schedules to seize offline traffic high grounds and rapidly build brand exposure.

In the media PR segment, an on-site media press conference was held, inviting Vietnam's HTV9 television station and 5 leading authoritative Vietnamese media outlets to attend, completing on-site interview coverage. Coordinating media matrices across Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, official press releases were distributed, ultimately producing a cumulative total of 93 media articles, far exceeding the contractual target of 50. Media coverage spanned national-level official media, technology vertical media, and home and lifestyle international media, forming a media matrix of mass authority plus vertical circles; at the same time, Japan's JARN magazine, a global HVAC industry authority, was brought in, with industry experts invited to speak on site, providing professional authoritative endorsement for the new brand and strengthening its high-end brand positioning.
Social media communication adopted phased rhythm operations, divided into a warm-up period, event period, continued-heat period, and long-tail period.
In the early stage, countdown posters were released for warm-up; during the event period, on-site press conference materials and interview clips were output; after the event ended, 7 themed recap videos were output, covering event highlights, product launch, guest speeches, outdoor advertising compilations, and other content; simultaneously, the "I'm ShinFlow Ambassador" user social campaign was launched to mobilize users for secondary dissemination. The project cumulatively produced 36 sets of posters and video materials, meeting the needs of local sales and secondary distribution in the three countries.

From the perspective of communication results, the project achieved an overall completion rate of 153%.
The project achieved total exposure of 8.1 million; cumulative exposure from outdoor large screens exceeded 6.05 million; total exposure from press releases in the three countries exceeded 1.6 million; HTV9 television news on-demand replay exceeded 460,000. The number of media articles exceeded the contractual target by 86%, social media material output reached 212% of the original target, and CPM cost was optimized by 13% compared with the target.
This communication helped the new brand rapidly build awareness in Southeast Asia, completing a communication closed loop from press conference event ignition, offline large-screen exposure, authoritative media endorsement, to secondary diffusion on social platforms, laying a brand foundation for the brand's subsequent business implementation in the Southeast Asian market.
